Q: Are you available for radio, tv or print interviews ?

A: We are always willing to take part in media interviews, and have previously worked with; BBC, Sky, Discovery, Imago, Channel-4, Fate/Chat magazines, and a variety of newspapers.

Q: Can I join your team, do you take new members, can I offer assistance ?

A: We welcome extra assistance with investigations, interviews, filming, background research, and other facets of our work, and are always interested in hearing from researchers or experts on esoteric subjects who want to join the team. If you have experience, preferably in a professional capacity, with filming, editing, or audio post-processing, then we can always use extra volunteers.

Q: What do team members have to do ?

A: Our only expectations of team members are; that they are committed to contributing to our work in an open-minded, balanced, and methodical manner; that they are willing to investigate all facets of the paranormal and esoteric subjects from a neutral perspective, and that they complete any tasks that they agree to undertake in a professional and timely manner.

Q: Can I come to an investigation as a guest ?

A: We do take guests on investigations providing that there is sufficient space at the location. Guests are expected to transport themselves there, assist with logistics (for example help carry equipment), and behave professionally at all times.

Q: How much does it cost to join ?

A: We do not make any charges for membership, for attending investigations, nor for site membership - we are a non-profit organisation. Likewise we do not charge non-members to join us on investigations, all costs are paid for by the team heads.

Q: Why don't you list the locations of investigations or contact information for interviewees ?

A: To protect the privacy of subjects. In the past we have provided more detail about locations on the publicly accessible site, but this has then resulted in the subjects receiving questions and investigation requests or even unsolicited visits - which is clearly unacceptable. We take protection of the privacy of subjects very seriously, and so locations are in general no longer provided and in some cases names are removed. More information on each location is however available to team and site members.

Q: What equipment do you use ?

A: We use a variety of equipment, documented here.
